Alicia Svarda

Alicia Svarda currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia held multiple positions at Mirror Lake Recovery Center from July 2018 to June 2023, including CEO and CFO. Alicia's experience includes a tenure at Sarah Cannon Research Institute from June 2011 to July 2018, where roles spanned Senior Accounting Manager, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Earlier in Alicia's career, positions included Accountant at United Methodist Communications from June 2006 to June 2011 and Accountant at Strategy Corps in 2005-2006. Alicia earned an MBA in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
