Olly Dobson

Olly Dobson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Olly is currently the Product & UX Director at Odyssey Energy Solutions since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Fractional CPO at Anywhere from June 2022 to August 2022, where they focused on overall Product & UX vision and execution.

Before that, Olly was the VP Product & Design at Spreetail from November 2020 to April 2022. Olly led a remote team of 7 Product Managers, Product Support, and Product Designers, delivering on a digital transformation focused roadmap. Olly also defined and visualized the long-term product vision to gain support and growth budget from the executive team.

From November 2019 to June 2020, Olly served as the Head of Product & UX Strategy at Emaar, leading on Product & UX Strategy for the Emaar loyalty app and Emaar.com, both of which were redesigned and launched during their tenure.

At Homeward, where they worked from November 2018 to November 2019 as the Head of UX, Olly headed up the experience design team. Olly played a key role in the design of the SaaS platform, website, and marketing collateral, which drove company growth and led to a $105 million raise.

Olly also has experience working at JUST EAT, eMoov.co.uk, Just-Eat Group, Metaswitch Networks, and Ultramotive, where they held various product, design, and strategy roles, displaying their versatility and expertise in these areas.

From 2000 to 2004, Olly Dobson attended Coventry University, where they pursued a Masters of Design (MDes) degree in Automotive Design.
