Robyn Lancaster

Robyn Lancaster is a Clinical Training Coordinator at Odyssey House since July 2023, following experience as a Medical Social Worker at Fresenius Medical Care North America from November 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included addressing patients' concrete and mental health needs in a kidney dialysis unit. Prior roles include providing case management as an MSW intern for kidney dialysis patients, assisting operations at a food bank during an internship with Fayetteville Public Schools, and leading a diaper drive with Family Network Inc, which established a nationally recognized diaper bank in Arkansas. Earlier work included a role as a delivery driver for Papa John's International and serving as Chaplain for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, focusing on spiritual and mental wellness. Robyn holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service and dual Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Arkansas.
