Todd Wente Ed.d

Todd Wente, Ed.D, serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Odyssey House since July 2023. With extensive experience in the educational sector, Todd was an Adjunct Instructor at Ensign College from August 2015 to April 2023, focusing on business, leadership, and general education. Prior to this, Todd held the position of Associate Provost at Independence University from February 2014 to January 2022, responsible for overseeing educational outcomes, professional development, and student satisfaction. In addition, Todd directed training and development for admissions staff and secured instructor recruitment and training as Corporate Dean of Faculty Development at Stevens-Henager College from October 2005 to January 2022. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Innovation and Leadership from Arizona State University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Weber State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
