Kristen Pederson

Kristen Pederson holds an MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Kristen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director for the People Team at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing OptumRx and Optum Technology. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director of the People Team at UnitedHealth Group, Global HR Business Partner at SAP Concur, and various HR positions at Target and Prime Therapeutics. Kristen is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
