Shervin Ghazazani has over 10 years of work experience in the software and game design industry. Shervin began their career in 2006 as a Software Designer Co-op at Nortel, where they were responsible for designing the Nortel PVG team website and creating special testing features for telecommunication cards. In 2008, they had an internship at Nortel where they redesigned a CR metrics tool and designed various HTML pages. In 2009, they became a Co-Founder of Select Start Studios and had an internship at IBM, where they developed and maintained static analysis tools for C/C++ and Java. In 2010, they were a Software Developer at Momenta Systems Inc., where they were the sole developer on the mobile version of their main product. In 2011, they worked at Superna.Net as a Software Designer, where they worked on the photonic network manager and added various features and fixed bugs. In 2013, they were a Game Engineer/Analyst Intern at Funtactix, where they worked on The Hunger Games Adventures app and wrote scripts using the R programming language. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Digital Extremes as a Senior Technical Designer and Technical Game Designer, where they implemented many features, concepted and led the development on Warframe's conservation system, and helped map out/build the Railjack demo and feature up until its release. In 2021, they began working at Odyssey Interactive as a Principal Technical Designer.
Shervin Ghazazani obtained their MFA in Game Design from New York University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Carleton University between 2005 and 2010.
