Donald Elrod

Donald Elrod is a skilled software engineer currently contributing to NASA's Gateway space station project at Odyssey Space Research, LLC, where the focus is on developing communication software and control interfaces for astronauts. Prior experiences include working in high-performance computing at Los Alamos National Laboratory and serving as an information security analyst at BNY Mellon. Donald's early career involved retail roles, including positions as a sales associate at Electronic Parts Outlet Houston and Best Buy, as well as co-managing Fish Place Cajun Seafood Restaurant. Donald holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and has also studied at the University of Sydney, where a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering was earned.
