Hans Stig Moller

In April 2023, Hans Stig Moller joined Odyssey as Chief Executive Officer focused on accelerating the organization’s growth initiatives. His highly analytical, collaborative, and operations-focused style is bolstered by over 20 years of industry and leadership experience.

Hans started his career at Maersk progressing through various leadership positions and numerous acquisitions and transitions, including Managing Director for Maersk Panama and Vice President for Maersk Warehouse and Distribution, ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer and President, Bridge Terminal Transport’s (BTT), a subsidiary of Maersk. From 2015 to 2019, Hans led BTT as XPO Drayage and managed the transition to XPO Intermodal. After his XPO tenure, Hans served as Senior Advisor for Sun Capital Partners, Inc. and Century Distribution.

Hans holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, United States and completed the Young Managers Program with focus in General Management from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is a past Board Member for the American Trucking Association, Bridge Terminal Transport, Maersk Warehouse and Distribution, Panama Shipping Chamber, and Junior Achievement Panama.
