Laura Sheehy

As SVP Human Resources, Laura Sheehy holds leadership responsibility for the entire Human Resources function of Odyssey and its affiliates worldwide.

Laura has more than 25 years of broad-ranging experience in HR, which includes talent acquisition, management, development, employee relations, benefits and compensation. Prior to joining Odyssey, Laura was Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Subway in its Milford, Connecticut headquarters. Previously, she served as Head, Human Resources at SAI Systems International in Shelton, Connecticut and in HR management positions at Branson Ultrasonics Corporation and Colonial Data Technologies; as well as HR at The W.E. Bassett Company.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport (B.S., Magna cum Laude).
