Angus Beaton is a seasoned professional in the travel and customer service industry with extensive experience in management and program coordination. Currently serving as Manager of Worldwide Staffing & Quality Assurance at Odysseys Unlimited since February 2020, Angus previously held various roles at Go Ahead Tours from June 2011 to February 2020, including Assistant Manager of Program Coordination, Emergency Support Supervisor, and Senior Customer Experience Representative. In these roles, Angus demonstrated exceptional leadership in supervising teams, enhancing customer service, and implementing critical policies. Angus began a career in customer service at EF Educational Tours in 2009 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Assumption University, completed in 2009.
