Caitlyn McHale Herzog has extensive experience in guest communications and education. Currently serving as Supervisor of Guest Communications at Odysseys Unlimited since January 2019, Caitlyn effectively monitors team productivity, provides performance evaluations, and handles escalated guest situations.
