Lance Hauptmeier

Lance Hauptmeier has extensive work experience in the financial industry, specializing in digital channels and application development. Lance is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Digital Channels at OE Federal Credit Union since March 2021. Prior to that, Lance held various roles at Unify Financial Credit Union, including Vice President of eServices and Application Development from April 2016 to April 2021, AVP of Application Development from September 2015 to April 2016, and Manager of Software Development from April 2010 to September 2015. Before joining Unify Financial Credit Union, Lance worked as the Programming Director at Financial Partners Credit Union from 2005 to 2010, Programming Manager at Kinecta Federal Credit Union from 2003 to 2005, and Programming Manager at Wescom Credit Union from September 1999 to September 2003. Lance began their career as a Financial Analyst at Southern California Bank from 1993 to 1997.

Lance Hauptmeier pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1989 to 1993, they attended California State University, Fullerton, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they enrolled in Azusa Pacific University, pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Information Technology.
