Victor Lavigne

Victor Lavigne is a seasoned finance and project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at OEC since May 2005, currently serving as CFO and Deputy Project Executive for the CMAR Baggage Handling System Improvements at Miami International Airport. Previous positions include Project Controls Manager and Project Controls and Contract Administration Manager for significant projects under the guidance of clients such as MDX, FDOT, and the Panama Health Department. Victor has also managed finance and administration for urban renewal and infrastructure projects across Latin America, including the expansion of the Pan-American Highway and wastewater treatment initiatives.
