Natasha John

Natasha John has over a decade of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and strategy. Natasha currently serves as the Director of Talent and Culture at OEC Group (Canada), where they collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement the organization's talent strategy. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Tefron, where they developed and implemented HR strategies to support the organization's objectives. Natasha also has a background in consulting, having served as the President of HR at ONN Consulting, where they provided leadership training and advised companies on workforce-related issues. Natasha has held various HR roles at companies such as Holt Renfrew, MindGeek, IKEA Group, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Natasha's expertise includes recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and benefits administration.

Natasha John pursued their education from 2002 to 2006 at Concordia University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
