William Begley

William Begley is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Development at OEC since December 2021, William has also held significant roles such as Varsity Academy Director at Edge Lacrosse Inc. and Commercial Manager at JANA Corporation. Prior to these positions, William dedicated nearly 20 years to Toronto Hydro in various managerial roles and briefly worked as a Business Development Consultant at Elexicon Energy Inc. William began their career as a Program Analyst with the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons in Political Science from Trent University and a graduate degree from the Information Technology Institute, alongside earlier studies in Business at Georgian College.
