Elena de Boissieu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and legal sectors, currently serving as a Legal Adviser at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency since September 2016. Previously, Elena held legal counsel positions at GE Power and Alstom Power, focusing on the steam and nuclear business sectors. Prior roles include legal counsel at Veolia, AREVA T&D, and Salans, as well as a legal trainee at RKS JSC, BIN Bank, and Makaroff Law Firm. Elena's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Comparative Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and advanced degrees in International Private and Business Law and Russian Private and Business Law.
