Annabelle Mourougane

Annabelle Mourougane is an experienced economist currently serving as the Head of Division for Trade and Productivity Statistics at the OECD since May 2018. Prior roles at the OECD include Lead Economist for Trade in Services, Deputy Head of Division leading the UK/Netherlands Desk, and Deputy Head of the Modelling Unit. Annabelle has also been the Head of the Fiscal Policy Unit at the OECD Economics Department and worked as a Rapporteur for both the Haut Conseil des Finances Publiques and the Conseil des Prélèvements Obligatoires. Before joining the OECD, Annabelle held senior economist positions at the European Central Bank and INSEE. Annabelle holds a Master's degree in Economics from Polytechnique - EHESS and studied at ENSAE Paris.
