Jose Crespo

Jose Crespo is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance and technology, currently serving as Head of Division at the OECD - OCDE since July 2019. Prior to this role, Jose worked as a Supervisor in the ECB/SSM at Banco Central Europeo from October 2014 to July 2019, and as an Internal Auditor at Grupo Banco Popular between April 2012 and September 2014. Jose's extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Banco Pastor, where responsibilities included leading the Basel II section in the Internal Audit Division and serving as a Software Architect from December 1991 to April 2012. Academically, Jose holds a Master's Degree in Applied Physics with a focus on Optics from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, and has pursued advanced studies in Credit Risk Management and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
