Patrick Béliard Delbrey

Patrick Béliard Delbrey is currently serving as a CTP/GRD Project Coordinator at OECD - OCDE, focusing on assisting non-member States in enhancing their taxation capacity. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at The Institute for Business in the Global Context at The Fletcher School, where contributions were made to the "Imagining a Digital Economy For All" (IDEA 2030) project. Previous positions include research and teaching roles in organizations such as Colombia Risk Analysis, France Éducation International, and the Human Rights Foundation, along with leadership experience as President of the Tufts Latin American Committee. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University, supplemented by certificates from Sciences Po and the University of Lisbon, as well as USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
