Pedro Matos is currently the Head of the Advisory Unit at the Centro Nacional de Cibersegurança, overseeing management control, legal affairs, and international matters since 2024. They also serve as the National Representative in the Governing Board of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre, contributing to the enhancement of cybersecurity innovation and policy. Additionally, Pedro holds the position of National Delegate at the OECD's Working Party on Security in the Digital Economy, focusing on developing digital security policies for economic and social resilience. They completed a Master's degree and are a PhD candidate at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, in addition to holding a graduate degree from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias and another Master's from NOVA FCSH.
