Philipp Rathgeber

Philipp Rathgeber is currently the Head of Unit, DHoD, Procurement Management & Strategy at the OECD, where responsibilities include shaping policies that promote prosperity and well-being. Prior to this role, Philipp served as Head of Procurement at VIVERE, an AI-based consumer products platform, and as Head of Corporate Procurement at HOYER Group, a leader in liquid goods transportation. Earlier experience includes various procurement and project management positions at Airbus and Lufthansa. Philipp holds an MBA in Leadership & Logistics from Kuehne Logistics University and a B.Eng. in Aeronautical Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, complemented by studies at Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and the University of Limerick.
