Gabriela Ventura Fernández

Gabriela Ventura Fernández is a Supplier Development Engineer and Project Buyer at OECHSLER since December 2018, focusing on the selection and development of local suppliers and overseeing new projects and localization programs. Previously, Gabriela worked as a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) specialist, addressing customer inquiries related to supplier component defects and implementing corrective actions. Prior experience includes a role as a Continuous Improvement Assistant at ZF Group, where Gabriela contributed to the "Raise your hand" project, and as an Administrative Assistant at Tecnología Avanzada Agro. Gabriela holds a degree in Business Management from Instituto Tecnológico Ciudad Valles, completed in December 2018.
