Austin Jones

Austin Jones is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX research and product design. Currently serving as the Manager of UX Research and Product Design at OEC since January 2025, Austin previously held managerial roles at PartsTech, where responsibilities included leading research and product design initiatives, as well as serving as Lead Product Designer. Austin's career includes serving as Head of Design at drrop and as a Senior Product Designer at both Keap and Boeing. Austin began as a Product Designer at CDK Global and has also held roles at ADP and Google, contributing to visual design and user experience projects. Austin’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and a UX certification in User Experience Design from the Nielsen Norman Group.
