Kirt Hill has a diverse background in hockey operations and player development, with experience working for various organizations including the Oilers Entertainment Group, Chicago Blackhawks, and Senators Sports & Entertainment. Prior to their career in management, Kirt also played junior hockey for the Kelowna Rockets and Regina Pats. Kirt holds a Honors Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Sport Business from the University of Waterloo.
