Tyler Fernandez

Tyler Fernandez has a diverse work experience. Tyler started their professional career as a hockey player for Brown University from 2007 to 2010, playing both hockey and lacrosse. After that, they played professional hockey for The Wheeling Nailers, the Pittsburgh Penguins' East Coast Hockey League affiliate, from 2010 to 2015. In 2012, they transitioned into the field of executive recruiting at OEM ProStaffing, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Tyler worked at BOSS ProStaffing, first as an executive recruiter and then in sales and recruiting. In 2018, they joined OEM America as the Vice President of Business Development.
