Aroona Anderson

Aroona Anderson serves as the Human Resources Director at Online Education Services (OES) since April 2022, following the role of Head of HR at Construct from October 2021 to April 2022. Previously, Aroona worked at Pearson SA from February 2015 to October 2021 as an HR Business Partner, focusing on team performance and employee engagement through transformation and innovation. Aroona's earlier experience includes positions at Educor Holdings as HR Manager and HR Generalist, and roles at Blake and Associates as HR Officer and HR Administrator. Aroona holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town, a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Labour Relations from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Human Resources Management from the same institution.
