Anil Mercan

Anil Mercan has worked in various roles since 2014. Anil began their career at Triax Energy GmbH as an Internship in 2014. In 2016, they moved to TVSMILES GmbH as an Ad Operations Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager for Adaptive Business Group and a Campaign and Community Manager for Takumi. Anil currently works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager for Oetker Digital GmbH since 2020.

Anil Mercan received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Europa-Universität Flensburg in Internationale Geschäfte/internationaler Handel in 2015. Anil also received a Bachelor's degree from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in Information Technology/ International Economics / International Marketing in 2015. In 2015, they obtained an Online Marketing certification from Shaw Academy and a PSM I - Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. In 2014, they obtained a Psychology of Negotiations - Reaching Sustainable Agreements in Negotiations on "Commons" certification from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. In 2017, they obtained a Google shopping certification from Google.
