Dr. Alexander Mrozek has extensive work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Senior Consultant for OC&C Strategy Consultants. In 2016, they moved to Google, where they held the roles of Global Product Lead and Senior Analytical Lead. In 2019, they became a Mentor for German Accelerator. In 2020, they founded Digitale Optimisten and also became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer for Oetker Digital GmbH. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, they were Co-Founder of CODINO - Spielerisch programmieren lernen, where they developed and launched CODINO programming-kits, won the Start-Up Award from the Federal Association for Digital Economy (BVDW) in 2017, won the Innovation Award for digital education awarded by the German Ministery of Education in 2018, and was nominated for the breakthrough Award by IT magazine "connect" in 2018.

Dr. Alexander Mrozek obtained their Diplom-Kaufmann (Masters degree) in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim in 2010. Dr. Alexander then went on to pursue their Dr. rer. oec. in Price Management & Mobile Payment from the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2013. In 2012, they also obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Marketing/Marketing-Management, allgemein from UMass Boston.
