Nina Schmidt has been working in the field of community management since 2015. Nina began their career as a Student Trainee in Marketing at Karosso in 2015. In 2016, they moved to public link GmbH, where they held the roles of Student Trainee PR & Social Media and Intern PR & Social Media. In 2017, Nina worked at both K-MB Agentur für Markenkommunikation GmbH and dotSource GmbH, where they were a Student Trainee in Brand Experience and CRM & Marketing Automation, respectively. In 2018, they were a Student Trainee in Event & Communication at LICHTWERKSTATT Jena. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Food Tech Campus, where they held the roles of Food Innovation Lead, Master's degree project Community Management, and Intern Community Management. Most recently, they were a Community Program Manager at Oetker Digital.

Nina Schmidt began their education in 2014 at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Wirtschaftskommunikation in 2017. In 2019, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Culture Management at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Nina then went on to earn a Master of Arts (MA) in Medienmanagement from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in 2020.
