Roxane Herzog has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Roxane began their career as a Praktikantin at Johnson Controls GWS GmbH in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Promoter at shuyao ∆ Teekultur GmbH. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Geschenkidee.ch GmbH in a variety of roles, including Junior Online Marketing Manager, Online Marketing Manager, and Praktikantin Performance Marketing. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Coop as Performance Manager Advertising (Display), where they were responsible for the roll-out management of the Google Marketing Platform, the maintenance of its technologies, and the evaluation of trends and new business potentials in marketing. In 2021, they began working at Upljft GmbH as a Senior Advertising Specialist and at Oetker Digital GmbH as Team Lead Programmatic & Social Advertising.

Roxane Herzog completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Berufsmaturität from Wirtschaftsmittelschule from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, HTW Chur, Cambridge English Language Assessment, Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP), Google Ads, and Google.
