Sofia Ioannidou

Sofia Ioannidou has extensive experience in customer service and e-commerce, currently serving as an E-Commerce Product Content Editor and Customer Care Representative at ofarmakopoiosmou.gr since August 2021. Prior to this, Sofia worked as a Sales Promoter for SUPERFOODS NATURE'S BEST® from October 2019 to August 2021 and gained valuable experience at METRO AEBE as a Head Cashier and Cashier from April 2016 to October 2019. Earlier roles also include Medical Administrative Assistant at ΜΗΤΕΡΑ Hospital and Promoter at True Organizing Promotion. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from the Technological Educational Institute of Peloponnese, completed in 2015.
