Ian Strawhorne is currently the Director of Enforcement at Ofcom, having previously served as Principal and Senior Associate within the organization from 2017 to 2022. Prior to their tenure at Ofcom, Ian worked at Ofwat as a Senior Analyst and Principal Case Officer between 2009 and 2010. Ian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from Edinburgh University.
