Oren Zilberstein is currently the V.P of Yielding Assets at Ofer Investments Ltd. since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing activities related to yield, real estate asset management, and the development of improvement plans in line with the company's expansion strategy. Prior to this role, Oren served as the Head of the Real Estate Division & Business Development at Caesarea Assets Corporation from March 2018 to March 2023, significantly contributing to the establishment of logistics leadership by managing major lease transactions with well-known companies. Oren's earlier experience includes serving as the Northern Region Manager at Mivne Group from September 2014 to February 2018, where oversight of a substantial portfolio of approximately 800,000m² and 1,200 tenants took place. Oren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Reichman University, along with education from The Open University of Israel.
