Colm Kelly

Colm Kelly is a seasoned professional in the field of local government and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Staff Officer HR and Internal Auditor at Offaly County Council since October 2019. Prior to this role, Colm was employed at Roscommon County Council from March 2015 to March 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Community & Enterprise Graduate and advancing to Senior Staff Officer for Social Inclusion, as well as a Staff Officer in the Enterprise Development Section. Colm holds a Bachelor of Business (HONS) degree in Management in Tourism & Sport from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus, earned between 2010 and 2014.
