Frank Moran

Frank Moran currently serves as a councillor at Offaly County Council since June 2014 and has been an Emergency Medical Controller with the National Ambulance Service since June 2006. Frank Moran obtained a Diploma in Community Development from the University of Galway, completing the program between 2007 and 2009.
