Jeffrey Garcia began their work experience in 2017 as a Treasurer on the Executive Board for UNICEF, where they managed the club budget and reported financial information. In 2017, they also joined the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) as an Educational Coordinator on the Executive Board, working to bridge the opportunity gap for black professionals in accounting and finance. In 2018, they participated in KPMG's Mentoring Program as a mentee and also attended the Ace the Case workshop to develop analytical and presentation skills. In 2019, Jeffrey became the President of BU Breakers, a club promoting diversity at Binghamton University through breakdancing. Jeffrey later served as the Vice President of BU Breakers and participated in the Fleishman Center Connections for Success Program as a mentor. In 2020, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Komodo. In 2021, they held various roles, including Community Mod at Isotile, DeFi Sales Associate Project candidate at Chainlink Labs, and Community Manager at Pudgy Penguins. Most recently, they served as a Community Manager at Parcl, spearheading community growth and adopting Web3 culture. In 2023, Jeffrey joined Offchain Labs as a Community Manager.
Jeffrey Garcia attended Dobbs Ferry High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a NYS Regents Diploma. Later, they enrolled at Binghamton University from 2015 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Jeffrey'sareas of study included Economics, as well as Spanish Arts & Literature. In addition to their academic achievements, Jeffrey obtained a certification as a Microsoft Excel 2013 Specialist from Microsoft in October 2017.
