Ryan Cahill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts for EMEA at OfferFit, Ryan utilizes a self-learning AI-based decisioning engine to enhance marketing effectiveness. As Chief Development Officer at Drone Energy, Ryan is focused on business development initiatives. Previous roles include Technology & Innovation Leader at Laing O'Rourke, Director at Iris Energy, and Head of Strategy and New Ventures at DNW Group. Additional experience includes consulting positions at Boston Consulting Group and PwC, as well as a foundational role at NYISO in strategic business planning. Ryan holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, complemented by international education at Czech Technical University in Prague and Pomfret School.
