Marcela Bossi

Marcela Bossi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marcela is currently working as the Head of People & Culture at Offerwise, where they are responsible for establishing and leading the People and Culture department in a fast-growing multinational organization. Prior to this, Marcela owned their own business in tourism and event services, providing services to international clients in Amsterdam. Marcela also has experience as a consultant in the management of cultural transformation, providing coaching and mentoring to senior managers and developing change management strategies. Marcela has also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing recruitment, training, and labor relations in a retail company.

Marcela Bossi completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology from PUC Minas, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2005 to 2009. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Latus Sensu Certification in Integrated Management Systems from the same institution.

In 2015, Marcela obtained a certification in Coaching from Pro-Fit Coach, a branch of The Coach U do Brasil. This certification focused on Gestão Coach: The Coaching Clinic and Conversas Essenciais para líderes.

In 2017, they attended IETEC - Instituto de Educação Tecnológica for a short course on Project Management (Gestão de Projetos).

Most recently, in 2019, Marcela obtained a certification in Business English from The English Center.

Additionally, in July 2015, Marcela earned a certification in The Coaching Clinic and Conversas Essenciais para Líderes from Profit Coach.
