Azaria Beukes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Azaria currently holds the position of VP of People at OfferZen, where they started in August 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Yoco as the Head of People and Culture. Prior to that, Azaria was an Industrial Psychologist - Organisation Development Specialist at Yoco from 2017 to 2018.

Additionally, in 2016, they became a Certified Prosci Change Practitioner from Prosci. In 2017, they obtained the Insights Discovery Accreditation from Connemara. Their most recent certifications are the Certified TRE Provider from TRE, LLC., obtained in 2018, and the iEQ9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner from Integrative Enneagram Solutions, obtained in 2021.
