Azaria Beukes

Azaria Beukes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Azaria currently holds the position of VP of People at OfferZen, where they started in August 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Yoco as the Head of People and Culture. Prior to that, Azaria was an Industrial Psychologist - Organisation Development Specialist at Yoco from 2017 to 2018.

In 2016, Azaria worked at the Department of the Premier, Western Cape as an Industrial Psychologist - Organisation Development (OD), where they led the Leadership Development Project for the Province and worked on various Organisation Development projects.

From 2013 to 2015, they were a Talent & Project Manager (Scrum Master) at NML, where they implemented a Performance Management process and developed customized objectives and skills development plans for employees.

Before that, from 2012 to 2013, Azaria worked as a Project Manager at Optimum Learning Technologies (Pty) Ltd, overseeing the delivery of projects and managing client relationships.

In 2011, Azaria interned as an Industrial Psychologist at the Military Psychological Institute, gaining practical experience in areas such as career counseling and organizational development.

Azaria started their career in 2007 as a part-time Learning Facilitator at Tina Cowley Reading Centre, where they taught children memory methods and improved their reading abilities.

Azaria Beukes has a strong educational background in the field of Industrial Psychology. They started their education journey at the University of Johannesburg in 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Industrial Psychology. This program lasted from 2006 to 2008. Azaria then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bcom(Hons) degree in Industrial Psychology in 2009. Their education at the University of Johannesburg culminated in the completion of a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology (MCom) in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Azaria has also obtained various certifications related to their field. In 2013, they received a Scrum Master Certification (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2014, they obtained the Giotto SA Integrity Certification from GiottoSA and the Cognitive Process Profile (CPP) Certification from Magellan Consulting. In 2015, they received the Wave Professional Styles certification from Saville Assessment, a WTW Company. In 2016, they completed several certifications, including the Occupational Personality Questionnaire from CEB, the Learning Potential Computerised Adaptive Test (LPCAT) from Mindset & Managing (M&M) Initiatives, and the Psytech Measures (Personality, Cognitive, Developmental) from PsytechSA. Additionally, in 2016, they became a Certified Prosci Change Practitioner from Prosci. In 2017, they obtained the Insights Discovery Accreditation from Connemara. Their most recent certifications are the Certified TRE Provider from TRE, LLC., obtained in 2018, and the iEQ9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner from Integrative Enneagram Solutions, obtained in 2021.
