Darcy Masciotro

Darcy is a Certified Franchise Executive with the IFA and a tenured Franchise Business Consultant. For more than 16 years, she has worked exclusively with franchisees consulting and teaching them how to increase topline revenue growth, improve operations, build equity, and implement plans that work. This high-level expertise comes from leading and coaching some of the largest franchised shareholders of a fortune 500 company, H & R Block, achieving award winning results. Most recently Darcy served on a leadership team for a coworking/virtual office franchise, Intelligent Office, for the past two years.

She is passionate about helping small businesses succeed and is personally acquainted with business ownership having co-owned a franchised business and co-founding a luxury home building business.

Prior to moving to Colorado, Darcy lived in Honolulu, HI for 8 years serving as a media/production director for a non-profit organization. And yes, she is very familiar with the term Ohana!

Darcy is a military veteran and having traveled the US and abroad she has called Golden, Colorado home for the past 25 years.
