Sam Baker

Sam Baker is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Office for National Statistics, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of visual tools to enhance the visibility of official statistics production processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Advisor, Design Analyst, and Statistical Data Analyst at Stats NZ, as well as a Bioprocessing Technician at South Pacific Sera Limited and a Laboratory Technician at Hill Labs. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Canterbury and a Postgraduate Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from Lincoln University. Additionally, Sam is pursuing writing studies at NZ Writers College.
