Brenda Thibodeau has over 20 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles. Brenda began their career in 1997 as an Assistant in Facilities Management at Niagara Casinos before moving on to become a Human Resources Manager at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort in 2000. In 2010, Brenda joined Office Move Pro as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, where they provided strategic direction and oversaw various departments, such as Accounting, Payroll, Training, Recruitment, Compensation, and Events. In 2015, they were promoted to National Vice President - Human Resources & Administration at Office Move Pro, taking on the responsibility of supporting startup operations across Canada and providing ongoing HR support.

Brenda Thibodeau, CHRL, RPT has a diverse education history. In 2014-2015, they attended IPM and obtained the designation of Registered Professional Trainer with a focus on workforce development and training. Additionally, Brenda has pursued studies in Human Resources Management and Services at Niagara College and completed a program in Human Resources at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.

In terms of certifications, Brenda has obtained several. In November 2018, they completed a course on "Cannabis and the Workplace" from OSG. Brenda also obtained their Registered Professional Trainer certification from the Institute Of Professional Management- IPM in July 2015. Furthermore, Brenda holds the CHRL designation from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Brenda has pursued additional training in "Disagree Agreeably" from Dale Carnegie Training, and they have also obtained a certification as a WHMIS & Working @ Heights Trainer, though the institution from which they obtained this certification is unspecified.
