Chris Englert

Chris Englert currently serves as the Technology Director at The Office of Experience since March 2024. Prior to this role, Chris was the Senior Engineering Manager at Gorilla Group from May 2005 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing a global team of over 40 Java developers and conducting performance reviews to enhance skills and expertise. Chris also led large enterprise projects involving teams of 10 or more, encompassing both Java and front-end development. Earlier in the career, Chris was an Application Developer at Outlook Technologies from 1999 to 2005, focusing on creating custom dynamic websites and developing a content management system for NY1, along with administering web and database servers. Chris holds degrees from Northern Illinois University and DeVry University, completed between 1993 and 1999.
