Cathy Bourgeois Diaz

Cathy Bourgeois Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cathy is currently working as the Managing Director of Technology Infrastructure at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Network and Infrastructure at Laurentian Bank of Canada from October 2021 to April 2023.

From 2015 to 2021, Cathy held various roles at RBC, including Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure and Senior Director of Contact Center Technology.

Before joining RBC, they worked at Scotiabank where they served as the Director of International Banking Contact Centers from May 2011 to June 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of International Banking Contact Centers from January 2009 to May 2011.

Cathy's early career includes roles at La Positiva Seguros as the Organization & Methods Head from April 2005 to April 2006, at Telecom Italia Mobile Peru as a Customer Care Projects Analyst and Quality Analyst from January 2001 to March 2005, and at Holos TQC as an Analyst in Consulting from March 1999 to January 2001.

Cathy Bourgeois Diaz completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima between 1994 and 1998. Later on, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University between 2006 and 2007.
