Ian Henry

Ian Henry, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in natural resources and fuel management. Currently serving as a Minerals Revenue Specialist at the Office of Natural Resources Revenue since February 2022, Ian has previously worked as a Marine Analyst in Marine Technical Services at CITGO Petroleum and as a Pipeline Operations Controller at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included managing natural gas pipeline systems. Ian's background also includes senior roles at KBR, overseeing integrated fuel operations and budgeting as Fuels Manager, as well as serving in the United States Air Force, managing fuel distribution and operations. Ian holds an Executive MBA in Energy/Finance from Texas Southern University, a B.S. in Business/Accounting from Purdue Global, and an A.A.S. in Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
