Sarah Robinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer policy and public policy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Consumer Policy at ORR since February 2018, Sarah has held various influential roles including Senior Policy Advisor for Highways and Senior Strategy and Policy Executive. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Financial Ombudsman Service from September 2015 to January 2018, where Sarah held positions as Policy and Communications Manager and Public Policy Advisor. Academically, Sarah holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in International Relations from the University of Oxford and a Master of Arts (MA) in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
