Victoria Rosolia

Victoria Rosolia has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Victoria started their current position as Associate Director of Human Resources at the ORR - Office of Rail and Road in August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at the Victoria and Albert Museum from April 2016 to July 2020. Before that, they were employed at Serco, where they served as a Senior Consultant from September 2012 to April 2016 and as an HR Manager from September 2010 to September 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Consultant at Bilfinger from May 2008 to September 2010 and as an HR Coordinator at Northern Powergrid from September 2004 to May 2008.

Victoria Rosolia, Chartered MCIPD, completed their education with a Postgrad Dip in Human Resources Management from Northumbria University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a 2:1 degree in Sociology from the University of York in 2004.
