Tim Gallagher

Tim Gallagher CISA has extensive experience in information technology auditing and management, with a career spanning over four decades. Tim served as a Principal IRT Audit Specialist at the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta from July 2009 until retirement, providing expertise in IRT audits and risk management to government leadership. Prior to this role, Tim was the Director of IT Audit at ATB Financial, where responsibilities included leading a risk-based IT audit team focused on banking systems. Tim's earlier roles include IT Service Delivery Manager at IBM Canada, where outsourced support for billing systems was managed, and various positions at the Government of Alberta's Justice Department, as well as early career roles at ATCO and TELUS. Tim holds an Associate's Degree in Computing Science from Dawson College.
