James Jacklett has extensive experience in operations management and electrical systems, serving as the Operations Manager-Control Systems for Carson City since November 2004. In this role, James supervises and monitors staff responsible for various utility systems, including water, wastewater, and transportation. Prior to this, James held positions as Electrical/Signal Supervisor and Electrical Signal Technician, overseeing the maintenance of critical electronic and control systems. James began their career in the US Navy, attaining the rank of Fire Controlman Second Class, where James managed personnel and maintained the Aegis Weapon System. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Technology from Coastline College and completed advanced training in the Navy's Electronics Computer Field.
