Robert C. Nellis, MBA, SR/WA, serves as the City Asset Services Manager for Carson City, Nevada since 2020, overseeing diverse functions including Real Property Administration, Fleet Services, Facilities Maintenance, and Asset Management. Nellis previously worked as the Real Property Manager for Carson City, where responsibilities included managing property and asset programs, negotiating real estate transactions, and contributing to Capital Improvement Projects. Prior to this, Nellis held positions such as Assistant Director of Administration at the Nevada Department of Transportation, where five divisions were overseen, and Energy Programs Manager at the Nevada Governor's Office of Energy, directing initiatives like the Nevada Rooftop Solar Initiative. Nellis’s early career included a role as Supervisory State Land Agent for the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, managing land uses statewide.
